These Terms of Use apply to your use of dermazone.ca (the “website”), operated by DermaZone Medical Spa, 481 Morden Rd, Unit 3, Oakville, ON L6K 3W6. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Information only – not medical advice
The content on this website (treatment descriptions, blog posts, FAQs, photos and videos) is general information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not create a clinician–client relationship. Every treatment requires an individual consultation. 3. No guaranteed results
Results of aesthetic treatments vary from person to person. Photos, testimonials and reviews show individual experiences and are not a promise of the same result for you.
4. Prices and availability
We try to keep treatment descriptions and promotions accurate and current. Prices are confirmed to you when you book or before treatment begins. Promotions may have conditions, which will be stated with the offer. We may correct errors and change services or prices, but a change will not affect a booking or package you have already paid for unless you agree.
5. Online booking
Online bookings are handled by Square Appointments. Square’s terms and privacy policy also apply when you book. Our Booking & Cancellation Policy applies to every appointment.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website for any unlawful purpose;
- try to access our systems, other users’ information or non-public areas;
- upload or send viruses or harmful code, or interfere with the website’s operation;
- copy or scrape the website’s content by automated means;
- submit false information or book appointments in someone else’s name without their permission.
7. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, logos (including the DermaZone name and butterfly logo), photos and videos belong to DermaZone or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission. Brand names of devices and products (for example, Hydrafacial, icoone®, Eclipse MicroPen) belong to their owners.
8. Reviews and content you submit
If you send us a testimonial, comment or photo, you confirm it is truthful and yours to share. We will only publish your name, image or testimonial with your consent. We may decline to publish content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.
9. Third-party links and services
The website links to and embeds third-party services (for example, Square, Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
10. Website availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DermaZone is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other law that cannot be excluded, or limits liability for negligence in providing treatment.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal information collected through the website.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario, without limiting any consumer rights to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these terms. The version posted on the website, with its “Last updated” date, applies to your use from that date.
